Coopers Plains, Salisbury and Rocklea

Hopefully you saw the article in the Courier Mail on the 5th September titled "Real estate agents report a surge in sales"

Here's an extract from the article written by Michelle Hele and Stefanie Balogh

RP Data National Researcher Tim Lawless said any positive growth in median house values was a good result this year.

In the past month 19,800 residential properties have been advertised for sale in the greater Brisbane area.

At the same time last year stock levels were 17 per cent higher, with 23,146 homes on the market.

"(Back then) Australians lacked the confidence to buy a toaster, let alone spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a property," Mr Lawless said.

He said the best buys now for those hitting the market were in suburbs on the 10km ring around Brisbane, including areas such as Keperra on the northside and Salisbury, Coopers Plains and Rocklea on the southside.

These are three of my areas of specialty in sales, if you want to take advantage of this great media in your area give me a call on 0411 664 490. Spring is heating up the market!
