Sustainability Form - in use from 1st January 2010

Some of you might have heard about the Qld State Government's sustainability form which seems to be have been hastily rushed through Parliament without much thought.

The final version of the sustainability declaration form is now available and must be completed before a house, townhouse or unit is marketed or offered for sale from 1January 2010. Take a look and see what you think - I'd love to hear some feedback. If you are a buyer do you think it will give you information that you were seeking? Or if you are vendor is this going to add to the complexity of your house sale?
